Between July 18 and July 20, 2026, some Content Action and Course Action reports in US-hosted environments did not display the most recent activity. This was caused by a temporary interruption in the pipeline that feeds our reporting system. EU-hosted environments were not affected.

No data was lost — all activity continued to be captured and stored throughout the incident. The issue has been resolved, and affected reports have been updated to reflect the missing data.
