US Rustici Outage

Resolved - Between 6:30 AM PST and 8:00 AM PST the US Rustici cluster experienced increased error rates, impacting the launch and progress of Rustici-hosted SCORM courses for certain users on the learner platform. Due to the intermittent nature of the issue the initial alarms were unvalidated and the issue persisted until confirmation was achieved and service was restored shortly thereafter.
